- Print and complete a Packing Slip for each individual camera or video device being sent. Please include:
- Your contact details
- Equipment make and model
- A detailed description of the fault or symptoms
- If the fault relates to recorded media, include the tape, memory card, or other media that demonstrates the problem or contains footage requiring recovery.
What Happens Next?
Once your equipment arrives at our workshop:
- Your repair will be booked into our secure online job tracking system.
- You will receive an email confirmation together with your login details.
- You can monitor your repair from arrival through to completion, including:
- Viewing repair status updates
- Approving or declining repair estimates
- Communicate with our technicians by adding notes or comments to your repair journal.

Shipping Instructions
To ensure your equipment arrives safely and unnecessary freight costs are avoided:
- Do not include camera bags, cases, straps, or accessories unless they are directly related to the fault.
- Include a separate Packing Slip for each camera or video device.
- Pack your equipment securely using adequate padding to protect it during transit.
- If you do not have a preferred courier, we recommend sending your parcel via Australia Post Express Post with tracking.
